Please be sure to register your Gilmore Reel within 90 days of purchase for warranty purposes.  Non-registered reels will require an original proof of purchase.

If after many years of use, should you ever need a replacement part or refurbishment, please contact us for factory service.  We will happily service your reel.  For non-warranty work, you will be given an estimate of repair costs prior to our commencing repair work.  As stated in our warranty, these warranty services include refurbishments due to part failure or manufacturing defect.  Repairs required due to damage from neglect, misuse, or accident are not covered under the warranty.  Such billed repairs must be approved by the customer.   Many replacement parts can be ordered factory-direct by contacting us via phone or e-mail.
